The RoleThe Resourcing Partner is responsible for advertising, registering and onboarding candidates for roles within the waste management sector. We strive to create a supportive and diverse environment where individuals can thrive, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference.Join us in our journey to make a meaningful difference and be part of a purpose-driven team dedicated to creating a brighter future for all!Some of the Key Duties of the role: Candidate control –review progress and performancePre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct registrations Preparing and delivering specific client inductions and testingCompleting a search on company’s database to find suitable candidates for the client’s vacancy Manage Temp availability to meet client needsSpec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, Ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requestsOrganising interviews for candidates as requested by the clientBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits on the job in questionEnsuring all new starter and candidate files are compliant with processes, procedures and legislative requirements. Job Advertising Check daily PPE and uniform is distributed correctly to staff, ensuring all staff are aware and follow safe working procedures without failEnsure that Smart and clients induction requirements are met and ensure that pre-screening of new staff members in adherence with Smart and client Health & Safety working practicesCo-ordinating staff holidays jointly with the clients staff holiday planner ensuring full coverageExperience & Qualifications Required Previous experience in a recruitment background is essentialUnderstanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantageMust be able to demonstrate problem solving skillsExcellent level of English, both spoken and written is essentialVery good level of numeracy Ability to multitask while under pressureFlexible, adaptable approach is essentialHolding a valid and clean driving license with own car is an advantageSome of the Fantastic Benefits we offer:Base Salary- £27,052 P/A Comprehensive Medical Cash Plan for your peace of mind– including Health Screening, dental cover, optical, chiropractor and much moreDiscounts off Holistic wellbeing featuring alternative therapies, treatments, and counseling.Join us in our mission to make a positive impact - we plant a tree for every new team member.
