Open to candidates outside automotive, but must have single-line production experienceCore Responsibilities:Lead daily and weekly production planning to meet delivery, quality, and cost targetsManage labour and resource planning to align with output forecasts and takt timesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve qualityOversee compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standardsPromote a proactive safety culture through audits, risk assessments, and incident investigationsConduct and support formal HR processes including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence managementProvide real-time data analysis and reporting to drive operational decisionsMentor and develop team members, supporting training and upskilling plansMonitor team performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business goalsBuild effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholdersIdeal Candidate:5+ years in production leadership (ideally single-line manufacturing)Background in automotive or comparable high-quality manufacturing sectorStrong man-management experience – not just data-focusedIOSH certified; safety-first mindsetHNC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in management or production-related disciplineConfident handling people matters, including performance and ER processesMotivated, hands-on, and results-driven
