Job Description

Kenny Recruit are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant who prides themselves on attention to detail and their ability to be autonomous. You will report directly into the Managing Director and look after both business and personal operations for him, whilst being required to form relationships across the company. Our client is an advisory firm and they continue to grow, they’re looking for someone who wants to make a real difference and be an integral part of the company’s success.This is a newly created role offering significant scope for impact and professional growth within a dynamic and expanding company.Pay: £55,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits + bonusLocation: Kentish Town - 5 days in the office required.Working hours: 9:00am - 5.30pmKey Responsibilities:Executive Support & Business CoordinationManage the Managing Partner’s calendar and ensure day-to-day priorities and tasks are aligned with business goals.Monitor and manage inbox activity, ensuring important emails are flagged, client communications are followed up, and internal deadlines are met.Maintain oversight of the Managing Partner’s commitments to clients—ensuring timely responses and proactive follow-ups.Manage the Managing Partner’s social media presence in line with firm strategy and tone.Assist with ad hoc business development tasks, operations, and firmwide growth projects.Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.Help manage client-related queries and occasional sensitive situations with care and professionalism.Maintain a comprehensive, high-level understanding of business operations at all times.Personal & Household ManagementOversee management of the Managing Partner’s household operations and maintenance, including liaising with contractors and property managers.Maintain and coordinate servicing, documentation, and logistics relating to a personal car collection.Organise all aspects of personal travel and logistics, often with short notice and complex requirements.Schedule and liaise with relevant parties for leisure, medical and administrative appointments, ensuring timely payment of any invoices and scheduling any follow ups.Assist with personal paperwork, some banking aspects, and insurances, maintaining clear records of all.Provide support across the Managing Partner’s other personal business interests, particularly residential and commercial property investments.Requirements:Intelligent and positive problem solver who thrives in a high-expectation environment.Enjoys a challenge and seeks to exceed expectation.Makes an excellent first impression and capable of building lasting rapport on the phone and in person.Flawless written and verbal English communication with excellent telephone manner.Sees tasks through to completion and does not let tasks slip from the to do list.Exceptional time management and task prioritisation skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.Discreet, loyal, and capable of handling confidential and sensitive matters.Emotionally intelligent with excellent interpersonal skills.Stable job history that reflects commitment and growth in prior roles.You enjoy making things run smoothly and take pride in seeing your work help others succeed.Next Steps…Shortlisted candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and if you haven’t heard from us within a week, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
