We’re looking for a Project Manager who can confidently lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the smooth delivery of HV civil and electrical utility works from start to finish.You’ll take the lead on project planning, site coordination and commercial delivery while maintaining the highest Health & Safety and environmental standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on some of the most critical energy projects in the region.Responsibilities:Coordinate early-stage planning, survey reviews, and tender inputsPlan, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and labour resourcesLead day-to-day project delivery, working with both office and site teamsMaintain strong client relationships with regular updates and problem-solving inputEnsure all project documentation, meeting actions, and reports are completed on timeOversee the operational and logistical management of site activityPromote a high standard of Health & Safety compliance on all sites, ensuring RAMS, audits, and toolbox talks are completed and up to dateLead internal teams (engineers, foremen, subcontractors), giving clear daily directionWork closely with the SHEQ team to ensure all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality are properly managedMentor junior staff and support their development into independent leadersCollaborate with the commercial department to ensure all financial data is accurate and timelyIdeal Profile:Proven experience leading utility or infrastructure projects (electrical or civils)Strong background managing teams and subcontractorsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAble to lead from the front, maintain HSEQ standards, and meet deadlinesComfortable balancing site and office work, with strong attention to detail and leadership under pressureExperience in T&D or utility-scale civil projects a major advantageIf you're a driven and organised Project Manager ready to play a leading role in Ireland’s critical infrastructure projects, we’d love to hear from you.
