We are looking for someone with a strong regional presence and growth ambitions. The role:We’re looking for a commercially astute and people-focused Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day running of a multi-site business. This is a pivotal role that touches every part of the organisation ensuring high service standards, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in driving the business forward.You’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience, optimising internal systems and processes, and empowering your team to perform at their best.
