Job Description

We are looking for a HR administrator to provide administrative support to our HR Team based in our Sunbury office The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, confident mind-set and have an eye for attention to detail. HR:Providing first level HR advisory support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment lawSupport the HR Manager with ER casework, performance management, sickness absence, and management activities, including note taking and letter writingCarrying out Company inductions and managing the onboarding processCarry out offboarding for leaversSupporting with HR projects and initiativesHR and Payroll AdministrationResponsible for coordinating the Learning and Development activities across the UK and IrelandL&DFirst point of contact for all L&D related activitiesPlay an active role in creating and executing learning programs including Apprenticeships, Management Training, Future Leaders development schemeApprenticeship liaison- be the contact for apprentices, line managers and the training provider. Monitor progress and take actions as required.Track/manage NVQ progress and other internal and external trainingsOptimise the utilisation of the Apprenticeship LevyHelp managers develop their team members through the development review processEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations and KPISManage learning resources such as the Success Factors Training Module, and monitor training refresher periods from internal and external providersMaintain training trackers and ensure data is always accurate and up to dateManage Orona wellbeing calendar and draft monthly business communications Coordinate the Orona training suite & content. Plan sessions and communications to attendees. #gettingcloserRequirements:CIPD Level 3 in HR and L&D or experience equivalent. Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, ideally with a passion for L&D activitiesExposure to payroll administration would be highly desirableProficient in MS Office and HR systemsExcellent communication skillsStrong internal stakeholder management skillsHybrid Working 3 days in office (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
