Working across a multi-product womenswear range, you’ll support the end-to-end design process, from concept through to final sample, helping bring seasonal collections to life that reflect our brand’s unique identity and commercial edge. You will report into our Senior DesignerThis is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring designer with strong technical and creative ability who is also comfortable supporting day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks within the design function.Please apply with CV, portfolio and salary expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design and development of multi-product womenswear categories including woven, jersey, knitwear, outerwear, swimwear and soft tailoring.Support seasonal mood boards, colour palettes, and trend research aligned with the brand's handwriting.Create and update detailed CAD drawings and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator.Help prepare spec sheets and artwork layouts for prints, embroideries, trims, and finishes.Liaise with the Technical and Buying teams to ensure design intent is met through development and fit stages.Attend fit sessions, take notes, and follow up with sample and CAD amendments where required.Track and organise incoming samples, swatches, trims, and development boards.Assist in prepping for design presentations, photoshoots and sign-off meetings.Assist with design admin, including updating tech packs and design files, managing sample trackers, and maintaining internal librariesConduct regular market and comp shop research to support commercial design decisions.Skills & ExperienceDegree in Fashion Design or related field.Ideally some experience in a womenswear design role across multi-product categories.Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and finishing techniques.Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills; confident in CAD drawing and print layouts.Detail-oriented with strong organisation and multitasking skills.Passionate about fashion, trends, and product innovation.Positive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
