We are seeking an Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London office, where you’ll play a key role in continuing to drive our mission of providing exceptional recruitment services to schools.The Opportunity:As an experienced (Or Senior) Education Recruitment Consultant at ANZUK, you’ll be pivotal in driving growth within our London Schools division. With your expertise, you will continue to build strong, long-lasting relationships with schools across London while working closely with educators to understand their unique needs and aspirations. You’re familiar with the intricacies of the UK education market and are well-versed in navigating the recruitment process from start to finish.Consultative Mindset: You understand that recruitment is about more than filling roles—it's about matching the right people with the right opportunities. Your approach is consultative, empathetic, and built on trust.
