One of our clients are seeking a highly capable Assistant to the CEO to provide first-class support across both business and lifestyle matters. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced and visionary environment. It requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organisational ability, and the capacity to stay two steps ahead at all times.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support & StrategyProvide direct support across the businessOwn and manage complex diaries and meeting schedulingPrioritise sales and business development activityAttend key internal and external meetings – capture and action insights into clear proposals and plansReview strategic materials such as decks, proposals, and business documentsSupport with personal admin and coordination as neededOperational LeadershipBe physically present in the office (Tuesday–Friday) to support culture and collaborationMaintain high standards across office management – ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and client-readyManage logistics such as rotas and meeting room coordinationAct as the main point of contact for office-related needs and in-person interactionsPeople & Team CoordinationHandle light HR responsibilities – monitoring team needs, dynamics, and moraleSupport onboarding, informal staff communication, and general people ops tasksMarketing Awareness & Sales SupportDemonstrate a strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand presenceCollaborate on the development of marketing materials, sales proposals, and pitchesAssist with managing inbound leads, prioritising outreach, and keeping communication alignedStay informed about industry trends and digital cultureWho This Role Is For:2–4 years’ experience in a similar roleConfident, proactive, and able to operate with gravitas and presenceStrong communicator who can lead conversations and build trust quicklyThrives in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsHighly organised, able to juggle priorities, and stays calm under pressureInterested in digital culture and the marketing/influencer spaceWilling to be flexible with hours and occasionally attend events or travel when requiredSomeone who’s fully invested in the missionSomeone wanting to get involved in high-profile campaigns, events, and strategic projectsDue to the high volume of applications we will only be able to respond to the individuals with the relevant experience
