SUMMARYIdos Health & Wellbeing CIC, based on Newcastle's picturesque Quayside, is seeking a genuine people person with strong administration skills to join our team as a Receptionist. More information regarding our clinic and services can be found at AND PAY RATEHourly rate of £12.95 p/h.Part time or full time role available.Shift times vary between 7.30am-6pm and can be negotiated.PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESTo carry out Reception duties including welcoming guests to Idos and taking appointments via telephone.To have a comprehensive knowledge of the Front Office computer systems.Deliver exceptional customer service in line with our values and service principles.Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting environment.Perform general administrative duties including email handling, post management, and client records.Support operational tasks.APPLICANT REQUIREMENTSThe successful applicant will have/be:A minimum of two years working experience in a front of house / receptionist role.A strong administrator with the ability to prioritise and work at pace whilst showing initiative and a solution focused attitude.Great communicator and a genuine people person.Fully computer literate.An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do along with attention to detail.Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.BENEFITSDiscounts on complementary therapy services.Family & friends discounts.Supportive continuous professional development culture with a Personal Development Plan.Free tea and coffee at work.Be part of a culture infused with positivity and opportunity for ongoing development.HEAR FROM OUR EMPLOYEES"I worked at Idos for 3 years, from its inception. The Idos centre is in a beautiful location, on the marina and is a peaceful and calm place to be, which is why it was chosen.""A typical day would be as follows:The day starts with opening the centre, ensuring it is presented as a welcoming, clean and tidy environment.Log on to the system and check appointments for the day, making sure all the necessary documentation has been received and completed for the various clients who will arrive. These could be for example, for work medicals, health plans or general appointments.Welcome clients and ensure any individual needs are catered for.Check any missed calls, make list to call back and check voice mails in case immediate action is required.Open emails, check and action.Check for any client results which have arrived and action accordingly.Ensure all incoming and outgoing post is dealt with.Close building for day, ensuring it is ready and presentable for the next day."
