Reporting to the Head of Creative, this role offers the chance to work across a diverse and high-volume product range, including packaging, branding, print, and digital design.The ideal candidate will bring strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of packaging and print processes, and experience working with well-known brands and licensed properties.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop original concepts across packaging, marketing, and digital platformsDesign engaging and innovative visuals for products, branding, and campaignsEnsure consistency across brand messaging and visual outputProduce final artwork and manage asset librariesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goalsPrioritise and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesRequirements5+ years’ experience in a similar design roleExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong skills in visual storytelling, layout, and typographyExperience with AI-generated imageryFamiliarity with packaging production and print processesExcellent communication and organisation skillsPreferredAdobe XD and After EffectsPhotography and image editing skillsUnderstanding of digital marketing design requirements
