We’re now gearing up for our next level of growth as we build a team of A+ players to help cement Nutrition Geeks as a global leader in the health and supplement space.Check out our products here: The Role:Having achieved significant market share on Amazon and attained the top selling ASIN on the whole UK marketplace*, we're now ready to scale our success even further. This presents an extraordinary opportunity to drive our Amazon strategy for a category-defining brand with global ambitions. As the first Amazon hire, reporting directly to the founder, you'll optimise listings, spearhead advertising campaigns, and unlock new growth opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve. You will also have access and opportunity to build relationships with senior management contacts within Amazon globally. For the right person, this represents a genuine career-defining opportunity.What you'll do:Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy to boost sales, rankings, and brand presence across the UK and beyondEnhance product pages with A+ content & SEO optimised listing copy to maximise organic and paid trafficManage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive ROI and dominate search resultsEnhancing our current data system to analyse sales, traffic, consumer purchase behaviour and campaign data to spot trends & optimise performanceWork closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align Amazon efforts with inventory and broader brand goalsLiaise with Amazon’s internal team to troubleshoot listing suppressions and similar issues with speed and efficiencyReport on Amazon KPIs with actionable insights that drive business decisionsTest new Amazon tools and features to maintain our competitive advantageOwn relationships with key Amazon account managers and tech providers to maximise platform opportunitiesSkills You'll Need:3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts for e-commerce brands (nutrition/wellness experience a bonus)Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon in a competitive categoryDeep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, and SEO best practicesStrong analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into data for smarter decisionsAbility to problem-solve & pivot quickly in a fast-paced startup environmentSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problemsA passion for e-commerce and health/wellness is a plusGood interpersonal skills for liaising with external teamsBenefits:Competitive base salary £40-50k doe + performance-based bonus pool of £10k (uncapped)30 days holiday, including Bank HolidaysWork with a tight-knit high performing teamPrivate HealthcareCompany PensionFree Nutrition Geeks supplementsRapid career growth opportunities as we scale globallyIf this sounds like you, hit apply or email Sam at to find out more!Nutrition Geeks is all about building a diverse, driven team.
