Their portfolio spans residential new build, mixed-use schemes, hospitals, and major university developments.They are currently seeking both a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a flagship £250m+ student accommodation project in Exeter. This large-scale scheme includes seven buildings – four high-rise, two low-rise new builds, and one major refurbishment – with a three-year build programme and PCSA stage.Senior Quantity Surveyor – £60k–£70kWe’re seeking a commercially astute and detail-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience on £50m+ projects for Tier 1 main contractors.
