Venn Group is delighted to be supporting a charitable organisation based in Kent in the recruitment of an Individual Giving Administrator. This full-time hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting key income streams and providing compassionate stewardship to legacy donors.Key responsibilities of the role:Administer legacy notifications from initial contact through to case closure, maintaining accurate and timely records via CRM and finance systemsMonitor estate progress and ensure timely income receipt, escalating complex or contentious cases as requiredRecord and reconcile legacy income accurately with Finance, supporting forecasting and reportingEnsure full compliance with relevant legislation and best practices in legacy administration and fundraisingManage supporter care by delivering sensitive, timely acknowledgements and recognition communicationsContribute to the planning and execution of stewardship activities including thank-you communications, tours, and eventsSupport individual giving initiatives, including in-memory, regular giving, and lottery programmesCoordinate weekly lottery draws and communications, and monitor performance to improve outcomesCollaborate with internal teams to support broader fundraising activities and contribute to income growth strategiesIdeal candidate profile:Experience in legacy administration, fundraising, or supporter care, in a charity or not-for-profit environmentEmpathetic and sensitive communication skills with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with CRM and finance systems and the ability to manage sensitive donor informationUnderstanding of charity governance, fundraising regulation, and data protection principlesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex cases and deadlinesPassionate about delivering excellent donor care and promoting the organisation’s valuesComfortable working collaboratively across teams and engaging with external stakeholders and families during sensitive timesLocation: Kent – Hybrid working availableDuration: PermanentSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annumWorking hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per weekThis vacancy is being actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged.Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
