Buyer – Food ManufacturingLiverpool | £40K–£45K + £6K Car AllowanceLet’s be honest—most buyer roles are about keeping plates spinning.If you’re happy ticking boxes, keeping suppliers sweet, and rubber-stamping the same deals year after year — this isn’t for you. This role is about challenge. About commercial edge. About making sure the business buys smart, not just fast.You’ll be supporting a Senior Buyer, but this isn’t an admin-heavy assistant role. You’ll be negotiating, running tenders, spotting risks, finding savings, and occasionally telling people "no" when they ask for something ridiculous. Tactfully, of course.It’s a proper commercial role in a proper manufacturing business. Fast-paced, margin-sensitive, and full of moving parts.
