We provide a dynamic and collaborative environment for filmmakers to bring their stories to life.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Colour / DI Assistant to join our Picture Post team. This is a hands-on role supporting different stages of the post-production process working closely with our colourists and online editors to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of high-end content for theatrical and streaming platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Picture team across colour grading, conform, and mastering workflowsManage digital assets, ensuring accurate labelling, organisation, and secure storageOversee data transfers, backups, and archiving to maintain project integrityPerform simple colour adjustments, shot matching, and LUT application under guidance of senior colouristsHandle VFX pull workflows and support VFX reviews/screenings as requiredConduct technical QC of deliverables to ensure compliance with delivery specsProvide technical support for client-attended sessions, including room setups and troubleshootingCollaborate with editorial, sound, and VFX departments to maintain an efficient, integrated post workflowPrepare deliverables for final outputMaintain documentation of workflows and proceduresStay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging post-production techniquesKey Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a DI or post-production facility Strong knowledge of DaVinci ResolveSolid understanding of colour pipelines (including ACES)Familiarity with Theatrical and HDR workflowsExperience with long-form projects (feature film, scripted TV, etc.)Excellent organisation and communication skillsPassion for film and the post-production craftA proactive, detail-oriented mindset and team-first attitude
