It has extensive resources in the UK, US, and internationally, and is also supported by Westchester’s US and India operations.Job DescriptionWorking closely with and reporting to the Content Director, the Editorial Project Manager will be the editorial lead on a variety of educational projects.The individual will be responsible for managing schedules, resources, budgets, billing and invoicing, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and third-party suppliers. In addition, they will support the in-house content and editorial teams on editorial-based tasks where necessary.The Editorial Project Manager will work with clients to produce complex content and products across print and digital, with a strong focus on pedagogical value.Education/ExperienceThe role requires a thorough understanding of print and digital editorial processes, exceptionally high standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to flex and think ‘outside the box’ to suit the needs of highly bespoke educational projects.The ideal candidate will have solid experience as an Editor and Project Manager, with at least five years’ experience of delivering print and digital products for the educational market.Knowledge and understanding of English Language Teaching and UK curriculum standards are required. An understanding of edtech and international curricula would be advantageous.The role will be full time, with a salary of c. £33k p.a. based on skills and experience. Hybrid and remote working options can be discussed.
