This will include corporate legal activities and timely delivery of legal support. You will also be responsible for handling drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and legal documentation, and for the training and supervision of junior members of the Legal Team.Key Responsibilities:Identify requirements, prepare and negotiate contracts, perform legal due diligence and research, and advise management.Ensure on-going compliance with the company's responsibilities for monitoring, reporting and meeting contractual, statutory and legal obligations in customer engagements.Provide legal counsel and manage legal activities related to corporate risk and other emerging business issues.Review, negotiate, and draft business agreements and contracts across a range of business and regulatory matters to support company interests.Identify and mitigate legal risks in various business practices and operations.Interpret laws, regulations, and company contracts, and advise on resolving related legal and regulatory matters.Lead, supervise, or support legal projects and staff as needed.Provide legal review, analysis, and advice to business partners on contract negotiations and functional legal matters.Prepare written reports and deliver verbal updates to the Head of Legal department and management.Your Profile:Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Professional experience providing legal counsel on outsourcing, IT contracts, and licensing matters, with strong negotiation and drafting skills.Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, vendors, and clients across diverse cultures.Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Proficient in word processing with the ability to work independently and handle basic administrative tasks.Rewards & Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
