Assistant Manager – Michelin-Led Gastro Pub in Old Windsor up to £39,000 Location: Old WindsorSalary: Up to £39,000Contract: Full-Time | Immediate StartWe’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at a beautifully restored British gastro pub with rooms in the heart of Old Windsor.Led by one of the UK’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs, this venue offers an elevated take on British pub dining - championing seasonal produce, genuine hospitality, and relaxed countryside charm.The Role:As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations, help lead and inspire the FOH team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
