If you thrive in a fast-paced, design-led environment and are passionate about delivering standout projects, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.The RoleYou’ll take the lead on pre-construction activities across multiple projects, from post-acquisition through to contractor tendering (RIBA Stages 1–4/5). Working closely with senior leaders across development, acquisitions, and construction, you’ll also support technical due diligence for new sites, influencing the future pipeline at a strategic level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development projects from early feasibility through planning, design, and pre-construction.Coordinate design teams and external consultants, ensuring key milestones are met.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.Contribute to acquisition due diligence, including technical site assessments.Manage planning conditions, procurement strategies, and stakeholder communications.Identify and mitigate project risks to protect timelines, cost, and quality.What You’ll BringProject or development management experience, ideally in hospitality, student living, or mixed-use schemes.Strong track record in refurbishments or change-of-use projects, including RIBA Stage 1–4/5.Confident communicator and collaborator across internal teams and external partners.Highly organised with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.Passion for great design, adaptive reuse, and innovative urban development.Excited by the idea of shaping future-facing hospitality spaces?
