This individual will serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related queries and will oversee the administration, communication, and continuous improvement of benefit programmes across several regions.Desired Experience:Strong track record in benefits administration, global mobility, or immigration within a multinational or fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of international benefits structures and immigration compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with employees at all levels.Sound judgement and ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in financial services, professional services, or private equity environments is advantageous.Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience working as part of a distributed global team.
