Every project is rooted in detailed analysis and designed with practical, deliverable outcomes in mind.As demand continues to grow across key sectors, the business is hiring at Consulting Partner level to support complex engagements, lead project teams, and shape the continued development of their consulting capability.The RoleLead end-to-end delivery of client engagements — from initial diagnostic through solution design and implementationWork across a range of projects, including warehouse design, transport modelling, inventory optimisation, and network strategyAct as the key point of contact for clients during delivery phases, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverablesDevelop and present practical solutions based on operational insight and robust analysisCollaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions are fit for purposeSupport the development of more junior consultants through knowledge-sharing and project leadershipInput into internal methods, tools, and delivery frameworks as the consulting capability growsThe Ideal Candidate10+ years’ experience in logistics or supply chain, with hands-on roles in 3PLs, logistics-led businesses, or large in-house operationsDemonstrable experience in solution delivery across warehousing, transport, or supply chain operationsComfortable running project delivery from start to finish — including analysis, solution development, client engagement and presentationStrong technical understanding of supply chain processes, with exposure to WMS, TMS, automation and layout designA clear communicator who can manage both internal teams and external stakeholdersCommercial awareness and the ability to stay focused on practical outcomes, not theoretical modelsPreference for candidates who have worked within industry, not those from traditional consulting backgroundsDue to the large number of applications if you have not heard anything within 14 days then unfortunately you have been unsuccessful.About JBAndrews – Global SolutionsJBAndrews is a leading executive search and selection business, based in the UK & the UAE.
