You’ll be delegating an experienced team, most with 5–15+ years under their belt, backed by solid paraplanning and admin support. You’ll be leading from the front, helping shape team culture, driving performance, and getting hands-on with development programmes like graduate schemes and internal academies.About the RoleAs Senior Manager, you’ll oversee performance, regulatory compliance, and development across a team of Financial Advisers.
