Office & Facilities ManagerCreative Studio Full-time, 5 days onsite - 9.30am - 6.30pm £38,000–£45,000 We’re working with a leading creative studio to find a hands-on, proactive Office & Facilities Manager to join their London HQ. This is a varied and people-centric role at the heart of the business — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling priorities, takes real pride in creating a welcoming workspace, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.What you’ll be doing:Manage daily operations across a multi-floor creative studio spaceOversee facilities and suppliers — from AC and maintenance to security audits and cleaningAct as front-of-house lead and manage the studio runnerProvide light PA/EA support to senior leadership — including travel bookings (international and domestic), diary coordination, and general adminCoordinate studio events and social activities — including wrap parties, team celebrations, Pride events, birthdays, and other culture initiativesEnsure the office is fully stocked, safe, and supports a positive working environmentChampion company culture and help make the studio a great place to workAbout you:Proactive, hands-on, and always two steps aheadFriendly and approachable, with a calm and steady presenceHighly organised, with strong multitasking skills and good attention to detailPrevious experience in office or facilities management (preferably in a creative or fast-paced industry)Confident using Google Suite (email, calendar, chat)This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being at the centre of things — solving problems, making things happen, and keeping a busy creative studio humming.
