The purpose of this role is to work within the Change Practice to support the delivery of Transformational and Operational change across our business. This role will report into the Change Practice Lead in the Strategy & Change Team within the People & Strategy Function.In this role you willSupport the Change Practice on the delivery of Transformational Change, e.g.Stakeholder communications and presentationsStakeholder engagement and workshop/meeting planningData Analysis, for instance coordinating, gathering and consolidating stakeholder feedback, interviews, focus groups and questionnaires into actionable insightsSupport the Change Practice with Operational Change, e.g.Resource management coaching and queriesOperational Change governance and reporting coaching and queriesSupport the Head of Strategy & Change in the coordination of the Design Authority Governance forum through:Coordinating and creating Design Authority inputsMarking meeting minutes and publishing notices of approvalAssessing the impact of new ideas on Company wide Resource CapacitySupport the Change Practice with Annual Planning inputsHow you’ll do thisYou will have a track record of successful delivery in an equivalent role with equivalent level of responsibilityYou will be delivery focused with great attention to detailYou will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will be flexible in how you present information.You will have effective stakeholder engagement skills and be confident to interact at all levels across the global organisation.You will be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentYou will have strong attention to detail, ensuring cross project dependencies, efficiencies and opportunities are identifiedYou will have a good working knowledge and experience across the Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, and be familiar with Miro (or equivalent virtual whiteboard software) and (or equivalent work/project management software)You will have an understanding of change management methodologiesHow will you show up?Be engaging with a relaxed and approachable style that reflects our culture here at InsightsBe passionate for positive people experiences and a creative thinker on how to form those impressions, even in small interventionsBe a self-starter, keen and willing to quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledgeBe adaptable and flexible to changing business prioritiesMaintain personal and professional practices for maintaining resilience and balanceHave a sense of urgency and the desire to get things accomplished and the courage to pursue outcomes outside your comfort zoneBe comfortable working in ambiguity and able to balance the big picture and the detailed planning simultaneouslyGifted in making the complex appear simple in the output of deliverablesQualificationsCertification in Change Management, or equivalentChange or Business Analysis ExperienceDemonstrated experience supporting large scale business change initiativesBenefits:• 35 days holidays• Discretionary Annual Bonus• Private Medical Insurance• Income Protection• Pension Plan• Health Cash Plan• Life Assurance• Electric Car Scheme• Gymflex• Employee Giving• My Advantage – Employee Discounts• Critical Illness cover• Employee Assistance Program• Holiday purchase option• Flexible workingEveryone is welcome at Insights.
