BDA London | Full-Time BDA London is looking for an Assistant Creative to join our team, supporting creative strategy and concept development across a range of fashion, Home and lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their creative career — curious, motivated, and ready to contribute to work that sits at the intersection of culture, product, and design. You’ll support creatives and strategists by researching trends, helping to shape visual concepts, and contributing to the development of creative direction across a variety of projects. Why BDA? What You’ll Do Support the development of creative concepts across a range of BDA clients and categories Conduct trend, cultural, and product research to inform creative direction Assist in building presentations, moodboards, and visual decks that bring ideas to life Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creatives on day-to-day project needs Help organise creative materials and manage references and research libraries Contribute ideas and inspiration that support strategic and creative thinking What You’ll Bring A strong interest in fashion, culture, and product A portfolio or sample of work that demonstrates creative thinking and visual awareness A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn by doing Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Attention to detail and good organisational habits Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Keynote / PowerPoint Understanding of AI and how it can integrate into the creative process Nice to Have Degree or relevant course in design, Previous internship or experience in a creative, agency, or brand environment Interest in trend forecasting, product storytelling, or brand strategy Awareness of the retail calendar and how creative supports commercial goals About BDA London We’re a strategy-led creative agency working across fashion, sport, and lifestyle.
