We’re a premium fashion brand redefining handwork through conscious design and storytelling.The Role : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fashion Designer with 6+ years of experience in contemporary womenswear and unisex silhouettes. This role calls for someone deeply connected to fabric, form, and future-forward design, with a sensitivity to Indian craft traditions and sustainable practices.What You'll Do -Design Direction* Lead seasonal collections that combine western silhouettes with Indian detailing* Conceptualize and develop mood boards, fabric stores, and color palettesTrend & Forecasting* Research international trends and apply insights from WGSN, Pinterest, fashion shows, and cultural shifts* Balance trend relevance with brand identity and long-term design valueTechnical Development & Sampling* Collaborate with artisans and master tailors to ensure premium quality across samples* Create detailed tech packs with specs for fabrics, trims, finishes, and embroideryMaterial & Sustainability* Work with materials such as khadi, handwoven silk, block-printed cotton, and linen* Champion the use of ethical, low-impact textiles and innovate with surface techniquesTeam & Vendor Coordination* Liaise with tailoring units, embroidery houses, and remote creative teams* Translate concepts into campaigns with marketing and styling inputCandidate Profile Requirements* 6+ years of experience in contemporary wear or luxury unisex fashion* Strong technical knowledge in pattern-making, layering, and garment construction* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D* Deep understanding of slow fashion, artisanal work, and multicultural design narratives* Preferred international fashion education (e.g., Central Saint Martins, Parsons, Polimoda, FIT, NIFT)* Prior experience in boutique labels or startup environments is a bonus* Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices and frameworksSoft Traits* Aesthetic intuition with business awareness* Strong communicator and collaborator—especially with artisans* Enjoys experimentation but executes with structure* Naturally curious, culturally aware, and emotionally intelligentJoin Us: Be part of a growing brand redefining Indian luxury.
