Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key service providers to deliver outstanding client service.Act as the escalation point for client issues, managing and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.Lead operational meetings, reporting on performance, complaints, and compliance as required.Communicate confidently with stakeholders to ensure service standards are met and manage operational changes.Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to resolve service gaps and drive improvements.Understand clients’ business models, products, and strategies to provide tailored support.Manage daily operational queries and small projects, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Deliver monthly KPIs, maintain SLAs, produce reports, and oversee accurate client communications.Assist with client visits and ensure quality control of breach reports before distribution.
