The London office fosters a tight-knit, collaborative environment where individuals are more visible and can build strong relationships across levels.The roleThis newly created role within the HR Operations team offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. Reporting to a long-standing and exceptionally personable HR Operations Manager, you'll be stepping into a position where your contributions will be truly valued and your exposure across the business will be both broad and rewarding.Some key points include:Coordinate and deliver a seamless onboarding and induction experience for all new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.Take ownership of business services recruitment by partnering with hiring managers and agencies, scheduling interviews, and actively participating in the candidate selection process.Manage all aspects of employee leave—including maternity, paternity, and sick leave—by ensuring timely completion of documentation, maintaining regular contact during their absence, and supporting a smooth reintegration upon their return.Act as a trusted right-hand to the HR Operations Manager, providing proactive support on a range of HR projects and day-to-day queries.Mentor and support the HR Operations Assistant, fostering their development and ensuring they gain meaningful exposure and progression opportunities.Contribute to wider operational initiatives by supporting ad hoc projects across the operations department.Build strong, confidential relationships with partners and senior stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact for HR-related matters.What do you need?3–5 years of HR Operations experience within a law firm.A proactive, hands-on team player who’s always ready to roll up their sleeves and provide meaningful support to both the HR team and the wider London office.Confident and personable, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Solutions-focused and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet and navigate challenges with ease.Ideal for someone who is ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow and develop within a dynamic HR function.Application Process: For further information and to apply, please submit your resume.
