Non-Contentious Construction SolicitorEdinburgh or Glasgow Full-Time, PermanentPQE: 2 Years+Are you a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' experience in non-contentious construction law and ready to take the next step in your legal career? We’re working with a top-tier UK law firm that is looking to grow its leading Construction & Infrastructure team, offering the chance to work on landmark projects across the UK.This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile construction and engineering projects, from major regeneration schemes and commercial developments to cutting-edge energy infrastructure including wind, hydro, battery storage and more. You’ll advise on construction contracts, development agreements, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments for a prestigious and diverse client base.What You'll Be DoingAdvising developers, funders, public sector bodies and contractors on major non-contentious construction mattersDrafting and negotiating a variety of construction-related contracts and documentationWorking closely with colleagues across the firm on multidisciplinary projectsContributing to business development efforts and client relationship managementTaking on a visible role in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the teamWhat You’ll BringAt least 2 years' PQE in non-contentious construction lawExcellent drafting skills and the ability to present legal information clearlyA commercial mindset and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholdersStrong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solvingA collaborative team player with strong communication skillsWhy Join This Firm?This is a firm that invests in its people and encourages a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development.
