As a Property Surveyor, you will provide professional advice in relation to the Company’s operational land and buildings. You will focus on the high-end cases of Property Management within the company and assist the Property Project Board with the delivery of the capital investment programme across the portfolio. Along with a competitive salary up to £50,000, we also offerEnrolment into our double matched pension scheme 25 days holiday (increasing with tenure) plus bank holidays Up to 15% annual performance bonus A car allowance schemeKey Responsibilities: Day to day management of the company’s operational portfolios including substation sites and Telecommunications facilities rents and incomeProvide professional advice and support on the company’s operational property portfolioEffectively manage land and property acquisitions and disposalsEffectively manage Statutory notices in relation to lease renewals/terminations and rent reviewsProject management of capital investment schemes, to include planning requirements, engagement and communication with internal and external stakeholdersInstruct and manage cases with external legal firms and surveying consultantsMeet all compliance matters both legislative and internalAssist wit the delivery of Net Zero and decarbonization through appropriate property transactions and negotiations.
