Our services are provided through local and specialty focused multi-disciplinary teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment journey, working closely with the operations and care management teams Interviewing and pre-screening. Reporting on Pipeline Collecting supporting documents Attend recruitment meetings Working towards recruitment KPI's Participate in job fairs, youth employment and back to work charities and career events. Source candidates through a variety of media.RequirementsIdeally experience as a Recruitment Officer. Experience within Health & Social Care Extensive knowledge of with social media and other professional networks. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills. Strong decision-making skills. A desire to be part of the company making an incredible difference to people's lives.
