You will play a key part in managing documentation, monitoring performance, and driving improvements in operations while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities:Manage and improve systems for compliance and documentation, including batch records, protocols, and logbooks.Track and complete actions from internal observations and walkarounds.Monitor performance metrics and manage key compliance indicators.Lead or support investigations into manufacturing deviations and safety incidents.Update and revise process documents such as SOPs and work instructions.Ensure all tasks comply with GMP, data integrity, and good documentation practices.Oversee timely training and ensure team readiness for GMP-compliant tasks.Deliver projects and improvements on schedule. Key Skills and Requirements:Strong organizational skills to prioritize and plan work effectively.Ability to understand and optimize interconnected systems for better results.Proficient in analysing data to support performance improvements.Problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and collaborate effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and engage diverse teams.Experience in managing change and driving adoption of new processes.Leadership qualities to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.Professionalism and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Educational background in Science or Engineering (degree or equivalent qualification).Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP principles.
