Key areas we cover include:RailCapital works and InfrastructureSupport ServicesInfrastructure maintenanceWeldingSafety critical resourcesPower systemsM&E (Mechanical and Engineering)Signals and TelecomSafety TrainingMain Duties & Responsibilities: Safety Management: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations while managing rail possessions and work environments to protect workers and equipment.Communication Liaise with signallers and operational staff to confirm details before taking possession of a track section. Communicate clearly with team members and manage the flow of operations during possessionsPossession Control: Take control of the possession when required, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place, including signalling and securing points. Authorize, assess, and adjust possession limits based on operational requirements.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of possessions using the RT3198 form and other required documentation.
