Lending Finance Property Solicitor/ConveyancerRemote Working£45,000–£65,000 + BenefitsA long-established and highly regarded Oxfordshire law firm is seeking a qualified Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its Lending & Finance Conveyancing team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced legal professional with at least two years’ experience in residential or commercial conveyancing to work with a stable, reputable firm that offers strong referral work and an excellent team environment.The RoleYou will act for lender clients across a wide range of property finance matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesBridging loans, buy-to-let transactions and development lendingRe-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownershipTitle reviews, contract preparation and due diligencePost-completion work and HM Land Registry complianceThe role involves close liaison with borrowers, solicitors, agents, asset managers and internal stakeholders and will involve working on the SOLCASE case management system.Candidate Profile:The firm is seeking a candidate with the following:A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal ExecutiveA strong background in residential conveyancing, with exposure to commercial or lender-side work advantageousSolid understanding of title checking, contract drafting and compliance processesThe ability to manage a caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and organisational skillsThe Firm:With a history spanning over 200 years, this 5-partner Oxfordshire law firm employs around 60 staff and enjoys a respected reputation across the region.
