Customer Success Manager - Amazon / SaaS• £50,000–£55,000 + bonus• UK, Germany, France | Remote-first, occasional Europe travelWe’re working with a high-growth eCommerce SaaS company helping top global brands thrive across Amazon, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. Following rapid expansion across EMEA, they’re now hiring a commercially-savvy Customer Success Manager to support key clients and drive value through strategic, data-led partnerships.The Customer Success Manager will work across a varied book of commerce clients—guiding onboarding, boosting platform adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.
