Their expert team leverages data and consumer insights to enhance brand visibility and drive marketing performance across eCommerce platforms.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Account Manager / Client Lead to manage tier 1 and 2 brand partnerships, primarily focused on Amazon Retail. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, aligning our solutions with their goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contactDevelop and execute strategic growth plans across Amazon and other marketplacesAnalyse performance data to generate insights and identify opportunitiesOversee campaign execution with cross-functional internal teamsLead regular business reviews and present results to senior stakeholdersMentor junior team members and support their developmentTroubleshoot and proactively resolve client challengesAbout You5+ years of client management experience, ideally in eCommerce or retail mediaStrong commercial acumen and experience working with C-level stakeholdersDeep understanding of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and retail media platformsHighly data-driven with strong analytical skillsConfident communicator, skilled at simplifying complex insightsMotivated, positive, and collaborative team playerAgency or digital marketing background is a plusIf you're passionate about eCommerce, media, and working in a high-growth environment, we’d love to hear from you.
