Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture across the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee relations, building strong relationships, resolving workplace issues, and driving employee engagement through expert guidance and support.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing clear, consistent, and legally sound advice to managers and employees.Build trusted relationships with managers to understand team dynamics and coach them through complex employee issues.Lead and advise on a wide range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law.Support managers in creating positive work environments that promote wellbeing, engagement, and retention.Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.Manage family leave requests and ensure accurate payroll inputs related to ER matters.Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with GDPR and internal standards.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in a HR role with a strong focus on employee relations.Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach at all levels.Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail and discretion.WE OFFER:Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experienceHybrid working model - 2 days working from home once settled into role plus the option of one additional day working from a Foxtons officeComprehensive, ongoing training and development programmeGreat career opportunitiesExposure to diverse aspects of the businessVibrant company culture including paid-for social eventsDiversity and inclusion networksOne paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choiceWellbeing package including enhanced sick pay, free confidential counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders, and access to a coaching platformEnhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leaveSubsidised staff café and barAbout YouSKILLS REQUIRED:Hands on experience advising Managers in relation to ER enquiriesGreat interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with key stakeholdersStrong administration and organisational skillsExperience documenting HR processes in file notes and lettersImpeccable attention to detailGood knowledge of ExcelAbility to work to tight deadlines and effectively prioritise tasksExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbout Us As London’s number 1 estate agency brand,* our customers choose us because we get it done.
