They believe in empowering their employees with the tools and trust they need to make impactful decisions.About the JobThis role will support the delivery of operational HR services across the full employee lifecycle, both in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partners, the HR Advisor will play a key role in coaching line managers, overseeing employee relations cases, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. My client is looking for someone who has worked in the professional services industry. Duties will include:Partnering with line managers on all aspects of employee development and people managementAdvising on complex HR matters and managing escalations effectivelySupporting performance, compensation, and development processesManaging ER cases to ensure compliance with employment legislationWorking with the HR Assistant on recruitment and contractual documentationContributing to L&D initiatives and sourcing training providersAssisting with TUPE and acquisition integration processesEnsuring HR systems data is accurate and up to dateSupporting delivery of change programmes and global HR projectsAbout the Successful ApplicantYou will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards your level 5. You will be a established HR Advisor with a broad HR generalist experience in a multi-site setting. Strong UK employment law knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
