You will report to your buildings each day to support the Management team. Your work, which will include but not be limited to the duties listed below, will help MAKE IT to achieve the following:Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our residents through events, workshops and building relationships between residents.Ensure that the buildings are fully operational and processes are running efficiently.Drive growth and promotion of MAKE IT provided offerings.Take direction from the Managers across Ops, Sales and Marketing to support the community as necessary.We're after a people magnet, who can navigate challenges and find quick solutions.Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering incredible experiences to our guests daily. Key Responsibilities:Community Management:Preparing newsletters and posts using Mailchimp and our online management system to keep the community up to date with news and events.Respond to all workspace, hire space and event enquiries promptly and informatively. Onboarding and Managing move in administration for new Residents.Working with the Marketing Manager to ensure we are responding to, interacting with and documenting our community. Track IRL engagement and satisfaction, providing regular insights and suggestions.Maintaining and developing the community database Issuing of access control fobs for new residents and bookingsEvents, Workshops & Business SupportPlan and deliver a varied and exciting programme of events, workshops, and business support sessions for our residents.Research, curate, promote, and run these programmes from start to finish.Work closely with in-house businesses to support and coordinate their own events and workshops.Track and report on the impact and outcomes of all programmes within the community.Develop and maintain relationships with local partners or service providers (e.g. charities, schools, local government).Building OperationsOrganisation and set up of hire space bookings.Ensure all communal areas and post rooms are organised, stocked and tidy. Identify and report maintenance or health 'safety issues, following up to ensure resolution.Liaise with cleaning, maintenance, and security contractors to uphold high operational standards.Keep storage areas organised and communal supplies stocked and accounted for.Suggest operational improvements to increase efficiency or enhance the resident experience.Your Skills / Preferred Background:3 - 5 years experience working in an office support role, and/or events, retail or hospitality environments.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience using software such as Canva, Nexudus, Mailchimp, Google Suite is an advantage.Can-do, hands-on, positive ownership attitude: someone who takes pride in their work, takes full accountability for their responsibilities whilst knowing how to have fun with your team and workspace users.
