You will berewarded for performance and will have the opportunity to progress yourcareer at a fast pace.OPPORTUNITY 1Senior Building SurveyorResponsibilitiesIdeally, you will be an enthusiastic building surveyor, preferably charteredor near chartered (but not essential), with experience covering (some or all the following duties; project management/contract administration (essential), building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports.Experience in both residential and commercial, and a positive proactiveapproach, will ensure you will be able to hit the ground running.The ambition and strategy are for the ideal candidate to ultimately manage, mentorand grow a team under their supervision.QualificationsBSc(Hons) Building SurveyingAssocRICS or MRICS preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOPPORTUNITY 2Graduate/Intermediate Surveyor (min. 3 years experience)ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious & driven individual who is looking catalyse their career as a Building Surveyor and receive support while working toward their APC. As our services are wide-reaching, the successful candidate will gain experience working on a plethora of complex and inspiring projects.Duties will include; project management/contract administration, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports.Experience in project management and a positive proactive approach, will ensure you will be able to hit the ground running.QualificationsBSc(Hons) Building SurveyingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOPPORTUNITY 3Commercial Property AgentAn experienced Commercial Property Agent is required to be responsible for and expand lettings, sales and acquisitions of all forms of commercial property within an established and respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors. Local knowledge and experience of the Essex market will be essential, as will a hunger to generate new business at the same time as providing a personal service to our existing client base, which includes Property Companies, Institutions, Charities and high net worth individuals.
