Are you a commercially astute Asset Manager with a passion for UK real estate? Macdonald and Company are working with an investor based in Central London who are hiring for a fixed term contract position within a dynamic and entrepreneurial investment and asset management team.About the RoleYou’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of UK assets, executing business plans and driving value through leasing, capex deployment, ESG initiatives, and strategic disposals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets across the UK.Lead on leasing, rent reviews, refurbishments, and sales.Oversee third-party advisors including agents, solicitors, and contractors.Collaborate with JV partners, tenants, and internal teams.Present recommendations to Investment Committees and Boards.Champion ESG initiatives across the portfolio.What We’re Looking For3+ years of asset management experience (Value Add preferred).RICS qualification desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and committees.ContactContact Alistair Carter on 020 7318 1774 or email at acarter@
