Based in the UK, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies and delivering proactive, high-impact HR solutions. You will play a key role in areas such as talent management, employee relations, organizational design, leadership development, and change management—ensuring alignment with both regional and global business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipPartner with senior leaders and line managers to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.Act as a strategic liaison with Talent Acquisition and the Consulting organisation to co-design and deliver integrated HR services.Lead and support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.Promote and embed an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.Employee Relations & ComplianceManage complex employee relations issues (e.g., disciplinaries, grievances, absence), ensuring alignment with European employment laws and internal policies.Oversee compliance with local employment and benefits regulations across multiple EMEA countries.Monitor and interpret legislative changes across the region to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate risk.Organizational Change & DevelopmentSupport change initiatives including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy programs.Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) programs in collaboration with global and regional teams.HR Operations & ProgramsLead the annual HR cycle (e.g., performance reviews, salary reviews, and talent calibration).Act as a regional point of contact for HR matters, providing expert guidance on best practices, local laws, and policies.Deliver HR data insights and analytics to inform decision-making and track regional trends.Lead or contribute to cross-border HR projects, such as policy harmonization or employee engagement programs.What You BringEssential Qualifications5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role with multi-country scope.Strong knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to EMEA employment legislation is highly desirable.Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of a matrixed, multicultural organization.Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills when managing sensitive or complex issues.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.Willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA.Desirable QualificationsCIPD qualification or international HR certification.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience working within a multinational, fast-paced business environment.Proficiency in a second European language.Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.WHAT WE OFFERTrust that you are good at what you’re doing.
