We are working with a well-established and design-driven architectural practice based in Surrey that is looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their growing team. The studio specialises in high-end residential projects including new builds and refurbishments, and they’re now looking for a technically strong candidate to support continued growth and a rising project workload.About the Role:This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team in a senior technical role. You’ll be involved in the detailed design and technical delivery of bespoke residential projects, working closely with the Director and overseeing junior staff.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed drawing packages across all RIBA stagesCoordinate with external consultants and contractorsApply a strong knowledge of UK Building RegulationsAttend site and client meetings as neededProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersWhat We Are Looking For:3–5 years' experience working on high-end residential projects in the UKProficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)Solid understanding of UK Building RegulationsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicleIdeally based within an hour of the office in SurreyBackground in a Surrey-based practice is preferredWhat’s on Offer:Opportunity to join a growing, design-led studio with strong long-term prospectsFlexible approach to working A collaborative team environment with the chance to influence processes and outcomes
