We are working with a leading US law firm in London seeking to hire a junior to mid-level Finance lawyer to focus on Securitisation and Funds Finance. The firm’s London hub is going through a substantial growth trajectory and has attracted numerous outstanding partners and associates from rival firms. The firm offers a genuinely supportive and collegiate environment led by dynamic and approachable partners. Whilst it has elite law firm status it is also known for a warm culture and a happy, conducive working environment. Regular cross team interaction and support is actively encouraged and there is a strong sense of firm identity and purpose. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year’s PQE at a leading global law firm and an excellent grounding in legal Finance work and specifically Securitisation Finance with an interest in Funds Finance. An excellent academic record is essential to demonstrate intellectual rigour required to focus on complex financing transactions.
