This role is essential in ensuring Vypr remains at the forefront of scalable, best-in-class product intelligence across diverse markets and sectors. Working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business, you’ll balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence—driving customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and innovation through advanced methodologies. You will manage a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that cutting-edge capabilities are integrated into both managed services and our self-service platform.About the Role: The Customer Intelligence Team sits at the heart of Vypr’s insight offering, acting as the centre of methodological and analytical expertise and best practice. As the Senior CIT Manager for Advanced Capabilities, you will be responsible for delivering complex research projects, evolving methodologies, and scaling new capabilities across the business. Your remit includes bespoke client work, commercial enablement, and continuous innovation in how we deliver insight. This role demands deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research, along with significant experience in the FMCG, Retail, or Food & Drink sectors.Key Responsibilities: Deliver and evolve our advanced capabilities across a range of methodologies, including (but not limited to) TURF, Conjoint, Segmentation, and Brand TrackingCollaborate with the Commercial team to drive revenue by providing insight support during new business and upsell opportunities, including proof of concept projectsEnhance customer retention and grow revenue through expert delivery of impactful, product-focused insight that supports decision-making and innovationProvide international access to advanced analytics and research support for clients operating outside of our self-serve marketsDevelop and incubate new research techniques via client work and scale them into Vypr’s self-service platform where possibleEnsure the highest levels of operational execution, maintaining Vypr’s reputation for excellence (as reflected in our industry-leading NPS of +75)Lead, mentor, and support team members to deliver high-quality insight and continuously develop their technical and customer-facing capabilitiesAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will bring:Extensive experience in advanced market research techniques, with proven success in applying them to real-world product and category challengesA strong track record of delivering impactful research projects within FMCG, Retail, or Food & Drink environments, with full understanding of the product lifecycle (Stage & Gate/NPD process)A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and problem-solve in detailExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in translating complex analysis into insight recommendations that inspire actionExperience managing and developing high-performing research or insight teamsA passion for customer-centric innovation, able to spot opportunities for scalingYou will be able to work at pace and ensure smooth processes maintaining our SLAs.You will have responsibility for supporting the drive for retained revenue through the capability we develop and deliver, plus new sales through proof-of-concept projectsWhat’s important to you As per Vypr’s values, you will need to be:Agile – Effectively manage the team and be abreast of all Research Team workstreams.
