Corporate Lawyer – Swindon This opportunity is to join a Legal 500 firm as part of their growth strategy for a junior corporate solicitor to join the Business team in the Swindon office. As a qualified corporate lawyer, you will handle a wide range of corporate law matters for businesses across various sectors, including IT, tech, and life sciences. Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)Private equity transactionsManagement buyouts (MBOs)Shareholder agreementsJoint ventures and corporate governanceGroup reorganisations and partnership agreementsYou will be expected to manage your own caseload, while also assisting senior team members. The role involves business development and actively promoting the team at various opportunities.
