This is a senior leadership role, responsible for setting the overall strategy, managing teams across editorial, video, social and partnerships, and steering the business through its next chapter as a global voice in football culture.You’ll have full ownership of the football vertical, from defining creative vision to driving performance across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snap and beyond. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the football space, strong instincts for what fans want, and the ability to turn that into commercially and culturally successful content.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and define the football strategy: Set the vision, direction and priorities for all football output. Be the person who connects creative ambition with business growthLead cross-functional teams: Oversee content, social, editorial, production and commercial teams. Create a high-performance culture with clear goals and shared ownershipDrive the next chapter: Take the brand into its next phase of growth in football. Expand reach, deepen engagement, build new IP and explore new partnerships and formatsOversee original content and programming: Lead the development of original shows, formats and franchises that resonate with football audiences. Balance short form, long form, live and social-first contentGrow audiences and impact: Expand footprint across platforms and territories. Use insights to refine approach and increase reach, watch time and loyaltyDevelop talent partnerships: Work with a mix of creators, athletes and public figures.
