We are pleased to be recruiting for either an Associate or Senior Project Manager for a leading real estate client.The position is to join their Project Management (Retail & Hospitality) team and this hire is in direct response to successfully securing the mandate to roll out a national programme of Restaurants for a US company new to the UK market. Requirements are: Ambitious and self-driven with an ability to be entrepreneurial. You will be required to pitch/fee generate but will be given support and training.Sector experience – ideally Food & Beverage restaurant experienceUnderstanding of the Food & Beverage restaurant sector, Contractors, and Consultants Sound understanding and knowledge of mainstream construction contractsHybrid working – 3 days a week in the office. There is a preference that the candidate is London based but they will consider other regional locations.There is a preference for MRICS but this is not essential. Salary level - £55 - £75k plus bonus. ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee completion of projectsDevelop project management plans including schedule, resources and work planAssess risks and establish contingency plansManage work and inputs from variety of stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in project management gained within a consultancy type business
