You will also assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of the hotel and all its facilities. Your tasks will include:Identify new contacts within luxury brand, retail, art and interior design sectors, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenueProactively manage and respond to group segment-related requests, ensuring timely communication, accurate proposals, and seamless coordination with relevant departmentsAct as the main point of contact for clients seeking to book private hire of the restaurant and bar, providing tailored solutions aligned with brand standards and commercial objectivesInitiate outreach through emails and phone calls to introduce the hotel’s offerings and explore partnership opportunitiesGenerate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationshipsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat businessProduce quotations and written confirmations for guestsProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and senior management to include the re-porting of appointments, calls made, business leads, commercial reports and digital marketing performanceMaintain an organised and up-to-date database of research findings and client informationAssist with PR and Marketing activities as needed with admin, coordinating press stays, hotel tours, communications, presentations, graphics and collateral, social media managementCoordinate and assist with video and photo shoots at the hotelWork with digital marketing agency, provide website analytics, and work on digital marketing campaignsWork with the Creative Agency to manage content and monitor the hotel’s presence on social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook), with input and support from the Creative Agency, PR Manager, and Director of Sales & MarketingManage social media analytics, monitoring tools and report results and findingsManage and respond to booking inquiries received via social media platformsMonitor the hotel’s presence (Hotel, Restaurant and Bar) on the hotel own website, all relevant websites, including review sites such as Google, Trip Advisor, Facebook, etc. in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate and updatedUnderstand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions, brand identity, marketing and communications protocolsReview competition activity and conducts regular market researchArrange and carry out hotel site inspections for potential clientsAssist in organizing and attend hotel promotional events as neededWhat are we looking for?Previous sales experienceProactive and results-driven with a proven track record in meeting deadlines and targetsGraphic design skills are an advantageConfident, charming, and natural selling abilitiesAbility to speak French is desirable but not essentialExcellent organizational and administrative skillsExperience with Resdiary is desirable but not essentialFamiliarity with Guestline PMS is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office and possesses excellent communication skillsFamiliarity with revenue management systems (RMS) is a plusExperience with Resdiary is desirable but not essentialWho are we?We are a 5-star luxury lifestyle boutique hotel located in the heart of Chelsea.
